I found this in a news paper article. here's a part of it.
The family of a boy who hanged himself after his Pokemon cards were confiscated claimed yesterday that he was the victim of racism.
the boy died on Feb 13, 10 months after writing a note in which he said he wanted to kill himself following the incident with the cards.
